    Is it possible for clients to cancel their own bookings?

    Hi,

    You have locale set to en_US in WordPress, but you have customized emails for en_UK. As locales does not match default templates are in use.

    Try to customize en_US templates.

    Client can cancel booking himself. There is Cancel link on a same page as reservation plugin.

    In regards to the client cancelling themselves, I do not know what you mean. Can you please explain in more detail?

    When client makes a reservation he receives reservation number.
    If he wants to cancel reservation, he have to open your web site and on same page where he did reservation he needs to click on “Cancel reservation” link.

    Client have to provide reservation number, email, reason of cancelation and click submit.

    Thanks, I can see the screen shot.

    But there is no button on our website for the client to click, how do I get the button to appear? https://www.fedeles.com.au/booking/

    Also, I just saw that you have the possibility of tracking cleint visits and asking for ratings from them using their facebook profile. How can I set that up?

    Hi, there is something with styles on your page. Click Ctrl + A (select all) and you will see cancel link. By some reason it’s white now and you can see it.

    Tracking client visits and rating is not implemented yet. So if you need it we can discuss it.

    Thank you for your help, I can now see the “Cancel reservation” in white text, I have not idea to fix it.

    But its not your problem.

    Happy to wait for the tracking of client visits and rating feature, I reacon it will be a real winner ??
