email text

  • Hi,

    i have the problem, that the text of the following 2 email types is not adopted:
    “Customer reset password” and “Customer new account”

    There is a completely different text in the emails sent.
    What could be the problem?

  • Hey,
    First are you sure they are the woocommerce customer reset and new account? WordPress core has it’s own emails if you are not registering through the woocommerce my-account page. Those would not be controlled by this plugin.

    If you are sure they are the woocommerce emails then it’s possible your theme is overriding the email templates and that would prevent this plugin from being able to edit the text strings. I suggest checking that in your woocommerce > status > template overrides.
