Hello, email does not appear on the thank you page. Any solution? Only Order number, date, amount and payment method appear. Tks.

    Hi @bsa1991,

I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so the customer email by default displays on the Order Received/Thank You page the free WooCommerce plugin.

If the customer email is not displaying for you then something isolated to your install is removing that from the page. It could be code from another plugin or theme which has removed that information from the default WooCommerce plugins Order Received page.

To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour? You could use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing.

When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

Thanks for running through that test! Just to make sure, is this a guest user or someone that’s logged in at the time of checkout? Also, can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Hey @bsa1991,

That would be correct and the email addresses would only display for registered users on the site after placing an order. Guest purchases would not display the email address on the order received page.

This is due to there being no customer associated with the order for guest checkout. it maybe possible to develop a custom solution to populate that data into the Order Received page using the Billing Details of a guest user.

If you would like to investigate that possibility further, you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via this link below who can help with custom development tasks.
