Email time filter

Hi,
I was wondering if there was any way to filter emails sent by time and date in any way

So for instance

Time 09:00 till 17:30 Mon – Friday any submission get sent to email “A”([email protected])

And 00:00-08:59 / 17:31 “-12:00 mon – fri
All day sat-sun
Email gets sent to “B”([email protected])

Or if there is a plug-in available that would cover the same or potentially code

Any advise would help
