Email to a Friend Form

I have found many Email to a Friend plugins that are buttons that open up to a form in the same or new window/tab.

Is there a plugin that allows you to put the form right in each post so all readers would have to do is enter their information and friends’ email addresses and click “send”?

If the click the button step was removed I think the feature might have more opportunity for success.
