Email to administrator not being sent

  • Hi there!
    In my website I have already set WP SMTP Mail, and test mails are ok. Other mails are also working. The only problem I have is when a user register via MiniOrange, the email to the administrator is not being sent. I have checked the configuration and everything seems to be ok.

    Would you please help me?
