Email to Applicants

  • How do i enable the feature of sending emails to applicants for interviews and when they are hired? I don’t see it anywhere.

    You cannot send emails to the Applicant; The feature for Interviews is to enable sharing of interview and applicant data with another recruiter or hiring manager.

    1. You have to first “Enable Interview Scheduling” on Admin Setting page
    2. Need to have a few applicants to enable the visibility of the Interview
    3. Need to set a date time of interview within the applicant.
    -> Applications
    -> View Details
    -> Interviews Section (Set New Interview / Date / Time
    4. Send Email (Applicant Data) to another person via (Share Application) Email
