Hello,
I really love your contact forms! I’ve installed and tested out about 5 contact forms before I finally settled on this one, so thank you for a great form!
I am having one issue that I can’t seem to solve on my own. When I test out the form, I can receive the confirmation email every time, but when I add my client’s email address they do not usually receive the confirmation email. Two times they did, but the other 10 or so times I was testing, they did not. I tried 3 different email addresses they have – they received 1 email at 2 of the email addresses, and 0 emails at their main email address. Any ideas?
