Emails to Post arrive truncated

I have “successfully” set up the secret email, added the “Email Post Activation” (1.0) plugin which adds the iframe solution, and WordPress now fetches the incoming emails

BUT…

all emails arrive truncated as posts: The header is often truncated, and the ENTIRE contents is stripped out.

I have checked the emails and they are all arriving OK in the POP-mailbox.

Any suggestions? Something in WP is stripping out the contents.

Another question? is there a plugin that allows for immediate publication, instead of assigning it as “pending”?
