• A suggestion and a question of understanding.
First of all, thank you for the great plugin, my question is about the email type “Cancelled Order”.

This email template is sent to the admin and is ready to be edited in the plugin.

The email type “Cancelled Order” for the customer is not available in the plugin. I think this email type comes from the Germanized plugin.

Your plugin is compatible with the Germanized plugin. How can you integrate this email type in your plugin.

From my point of view, it would be better to provide the template for the customer in the cadence plugin, because a mail for the admin who sends a cancellation does not need a confirmation for the admin himself.

Cancellation letters are actually always customised to the situation, so it would be great if this email type was also available for selection.

This mail to the customer will be sent by your plugin, but the text must be written in the po. file of the germanized-plugin. Of course, this is not the best of all worlds.

It would be very nice if you could explain to me how I can integrate these templates in order to have a text editing window available.
    Thanks for the tip.

    Hello @seron66,

The Cancelled Order type can be edited by the email customizer. In the email customizer, did you change the email type to cancelled order? If so, are you saying that the Germanize plugin overwrites the template?

Yes, I have to delete the “cancelled order” email-typ in the plugin from Germanized. That’s how it works, thanks for the information.

It sounds like you were able to resolve this. Don’t hesitate to write in again if ever you need help.
