Email undefined (undefined)

    I installed the plugin and I could not make the plugin work. In fact, at the pending order section, there’s some pending orders that I can send emails to. However, when I click to the “send email” button, it said that “Email undefined (undefined)”

    Could you please help me to check why it didn’t work?
