Email unsubscribe link do not unsubscribe

  • Hi!
    I′m having issues with the unsubscribe function. My plan is to use the app so that I can notify my users that a new post has been made. But I also figure that some people would like to unsubscribe to the emails.

    I have put the shortcode in my email but then what? It is not clickable in any way in the received email.

    What can i do about it?

  • I am having the same difficulty.

    I have set up as follows:
    – created a page called unsubscribe and added a successful unsubscribe message on the page
    – in the settings, added the page location without the http/https – I have tried entering just the page name ‘unsubscribe’ and the address ‘iwellbeing.co.uk/unsubscribe’
    – sent a test email adding the shortcode [[unsubscribe-link]] to the footer

    I receive the email with what looks like the link but, as with the person that raised this topic, the link is not cllickable.

    Please can you help?

    I’ve got the same issues, I follow.
