    First off, this plugin is awesome and the creators did a great job.
    I am using woordpress 5.4 . I have been checking out this plugin and all of its features seem to work except unsubscribing. After subscribing to a newsletter, the subscriber shows in the list and says its active. Good so far. If that subscriber decides to unsubscribe at the bottom of their email, it takes them to a default page where it says, “You have successfully been unsubscribed from this mailing list. Again, it seems all good but the status for that person still says active in wordpress. If another newsletter is sent, it still goes to that person. Unsubscribing is not working. Is anyone able to reproduce this issue or any tips? I want to help fix this issue.

    Thank you. I’ve tried unsubscribing via all possible scenarios and it seems to always work. What version of PHP are you on?

    If possible, you can also paste a sample unsubscribe link here so that I can see if it is well formed.

    Thank you for replying. I am using PHP 7.3.13. Here is the unsubscribe link location. This is an example.     That is in deed the correct url. Do you have any caching plugins enabled?

    I dont think so. I have a cookie consent for cookies. Allowing or denying doesnt seem to change anything. I have jetpack installed. I dont think that would cause any issues. Here is a list of all the plugin i have enabled.

    By the way. I did find Endurance Cache setting in wordpress. It has level 0-4. It is on level 2 (Normal). Not sure if that could be an issue. I found that it is a plugin that comes with Bluehost.

    I have good news. I found out that the issue is with the default unsubscribe page. From the other post with email confirmation page, it effects both. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/confirmation-link-not-working-2/ .Not only the confirmation page after confirming. Just wanted you to be aware. If you already fixed both, then great. Thank you for your help!

    I also found that you MUST not delete the Noptin Page that is automatically created. After it is created, custom pages in Noptin settings fix all the issues. Even if you have a custom page to direct in settings and delete the default Noptin Page, it messes everything up.

    Sorry for the delay. I’m releasing a new update in a moment. I’m still not able to reproduce the unsubscription issue.

    As for the page, it is used to render a whole lot of other things apart from the confirmation and unsubscription pages. We do have plans to use custom rewrite rules hence eliminating the need for custom pages.

    Kindly let me know if this new update fixes the unsubscription issue.
