email/username

  • I have not been active on my wordpress for a couple of years. I didn’t close my account, and have been getting emails from wordpress. But when I try to log in, I cannot, it says my email is not registered with wordpress. I cannot remember my username, and so now I can’t get into my account.

  • WordPress can mean different things, and each has its own independent login.

    First, there is www.ads-software.com, home of the free WordPress software. That’s where you are now.

    Then there is WordPress.com a company that hosts WordPress sites.

    Finally you may have your own web site built with WordPress software.

    You may have an account on any one or all of these, and they are all independent and not connected in any way.

    So what exactly do you mean by not being active on your WordPress? What “WordPress” are you referring to? What are you trying to log in to? If you have a blog or website, what is the address?

    Make sure are you trying to login on right place. if you have email then just share recevied email screenshot so ican check which platform with you are getting email (www.ads-software.com OR wordpress.com).
