Email users with no posts to advise account will be deleted plugin?

  • Hi,
    We have a large arts blog on WordPress but there are a few users who after registration have not posted. Is there a plugin that will let us email anyone who has not posted and warn that their account will be deleted in x days?

    Is there a plugin that will allow us to bulk delete accounts that haven’t been updated in x days?
