Email validation

I honestly been looking for 48 hours now and i give up and post for help, everytime wordpress sent a validation link to a email is invalid i tested 5 times 5 were invalid and a few friends did the same, no luck i disable the plug-ins no luck i even used a plugin to manage subscriptions invalid too, i guess its internal, can somebody point me in the right direction to read the right article or a fix or where are the settings to repair this if any. I have full access to wordpress installation and full access to the cpanel and mysql, any help would be greatly appreciated
