    Hi there,

    please let me know:
    Is it poosible to have email verification before booking so that clients won’t be able to book before they verify their email address?

    Hello,

    The only available option is “Email confirmation field” in (Appearance menu), if you want to verification step before the booking form then such an option is supported.

    Hi @khrisme, the latest release Bookly version 20.0 has a feature “Always verify email” in Settings > Customers > Verify customer’s contact information at Details step. If enabled, a notification with a verification code will be sent to the customer by email.
