Email Verification Problems

Hey. I’ve searched for like 2 hours trying to find a solution to this problem but I haven’t had any luck so I thought I would post here.

Basically I want people to register for the wordpress site but the email verifications aren’t coming through.

Is there some sort of file I have to edit to put in some mail server settings? Im so confused, lol.
