I love your plugin but I have an issue.

I want to ensure email validation of all web-based review entries. However, when I enable this feature in the plugin settings, the reviews I add through WordPress are not shown.

We want to collect reviews from in-office customers (through WP) and through the web (through [submit-review] shortcode). Based on this, my preference would be for your plugin to assume all reviews entered through WordPress are authenticated whereas all web-based entries should require email verification.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion, it definitely makes sense to have those ones set as verified, or at the very least to have a dropdown to mark them as verified. We should have an update out sometime next week with those features.

I look forward to the update. You guys have awesome support and an awesome plugin.

I’ve tried about six review plugins over the last week and yours is the best fit for our business.

    Hi Elliot,

We’ve added in a radio input for email confirmation on the admin side. When you create a new review, it should automatically be set to “Yes” by default unless it’s switched manually. When looking at a review created via the front-end, the button will be set to “No” unless the email address has been confirmed.

    It works well. Thanks.
