    Hi,
Changed hosting, email address is the same. New hosting signed off:
    SPF/DKIM/DMARK.

But in MailPoet settings, it says error:
Not an authorized sender email address. Authorize it now.

Email violates Sender Domain’s DMARC policy. Please set up sender authentication.

When I try, from the “Authorize or Authentication” request, a 401 error is displayed

    https://skr.sh/sJvJc3FduDm
    https://skr.sh/sJvYYGJ2i8P

Is it possible that the hosting support service did not add something…
What do I need to pay attention to and what entries are needed…?

    P.S. Using CloudFlare

    Hi @danchik83,

You need to set up a DKIM record for your domain according to these instructions: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/328-set-up-dkim-for-your-sender-domain

To understand more about it, please refer to https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/369-how-to-fix-email-violates-sender-domains-dmarc-policy-error

    Hi @bruberries,
    thank you for your reply.

    DMARK – managed to add.
The problem comes from the DKIM “Authorize”.
    https://skr.sh/sJxeElJIvml

Went to MailPoet, copied the DNS addresses for DKIM and added them to CloudFlare.
    https://skr.sh/sJxWwTsSPx4
    https://skr.sh/sJxCAaQE9Rb

The email address was already authorized.
Deleted it to add it again. But in fact already failed to add, not displayed in the list. And only as a box is displayed as a notification that this address is active and can use it)
    https://skr.sh/vJxcp7gv39C?a

But for some reason it still displays in the plugin that I need to authorize the mail (
    https://skr.sh/sJxeElJIvml

I think I’ll delete this subscription and create a new one. Key authorized, but still does not come to the mail confirmation …(

How to activate a new subscription?

    Hi @danchik83,

Ok, so now it seems the problem is related with the authorized email address only.

I could not find any MailPoet account associated with an email address from mysolarperks.com. I approved your free subscription now, can you please try to validate your key again?

    Hi?@bruberries,

    Thank you.
I tried to update the key again, but still couldn’t authorize the mail. As well as the site was not authorized in the account on your site

    Thanks @danchik83,

That seems to be the real problem. The key is not connected to your website yet, so there’s nothing to sync between the authorized addresses on your account and the plugin.

I can only think about checking if there’s any plugin conflict preventing the key from being validated, or if at some point the validation stops because of an issue connecting the bridge.

You can find which URL was returned by the key check task in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab > Logging > See logs. Please check if you can see any error messages there.

If you don’t see anything, please run a plugin conflict and try to validate the key while the other plugins are deactivated. You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Let us know how that goes!

What does it say in the logs:
    https://skr.sh/sK0zRt245WT

I understand the errors in the logs are when you try to access the mail, which offers to authorize.
No errors on the key activate/update

    Hi @danchik83,

Thanks for sharing the error. I could find a previous similar issue where re-installing the free version fixed this problem. Can you try to delete the plugin from the WordPress > Plugins page and re-install it from there?

    (@danchik83)

    Hi @bruberries,

    Deleted. Installed the standard version.
The site is connected to the profile:
    https://skr.sh/sK1T1yKy1oQ
    https://skr.sh/sK1Ybyam0pr

Mail is already authorized. Mail is already authorized. But for some reason, the same new mail is not added to the list in the account profile..(

But, sending does not work, i.e. messages do not come to the mail:
    https://skr.sh/sK1qZ9IDR68

On the main page of the plugin received notifications:

    Hi @danchik83,

I see the key was properly validated now. Great, we’re getting there!

I can confirm the email address is authorized. After you have authorized the sender domain, all emails from the same domain you’re using are automatically authorized to be used.

Now let’s check why the emails are not being delivered… I see the sending is currently paused for your account because you sent too many emails to an invalid address. I’ll follow up with you about it via email, okay?

    Thank you!

So what is my fault…? Guests come to the site, subscribe, and then leave.
I can’t control them to add valid addresses!

P.S. I have written to your mail
