Email was not delivered

    Hello. My customer uses Newsletter and has for some time. However, this last month when she sent out her latest newsletter, the plugin said that it sent to all subscribers, but we have not received it yet on our personal emails.

    I tested the SMTP settings and this came up:

    SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

    )
    2016-09-08 22:59:15 SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: (0)

    Any idea what this means??

    I do not have the SSL settings turned on. So why is it asking?
