Email with info when error in log occurs

    Hi there,

    Thanks for developing a great plugin.

    We’re using it on our e-commerce store. It works perfectly 99,95% of time but from time to time throws an error in the log:

    [09/15/2022 2:35:50 PM] – *** SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. ***

    And we don’t get an email which is quite crucial to our operations.

    I’d like to ask – is there a way to get (email?) notification when such an error in log occurs? This way we would be notified and could take action to prevent disruptions caused by the email that was meant but was not sent.

    Many thanks in advance for any ideas on how to address the above.

    Unfortunately our plugin does not have that feature currently available. However judging from your issue above I would say that your server might have a feature that sends out a notice to the administrator when the server is down. Or you might have another security plugin that might be interfering with the connection to your server and or our plugin?
