  • I have the same issue. I built the site first on a Hostgator server and then transferred it to a GoDaddy hosting account. I am wondering if its something to do with GoDaddy

    Hey buddy I just resolved the problem.

    Change the subject field under the “Mail” tab from [subject] to (eg: website enquiry) or whatever you like. If you do not have a subject field in your form then you are telling it to reference nothing therefor when it is sending your receiving mail will not allow it in because it will see it as a threat.

    Good luck.

    The green Success message and not receiving any error messages is a very clear indication that CF7 is sending the email.

    So your email is probably being spammed somewhere in the email process.
    Emails can be considered spam for a whole host of reasons and get rejected at many points in the email process in addition to your spam folder.
