• Hi, I’m having a strange problem with email delivery.

    Emails from the plugin to the site admin are all working OK. Emails to the gift voucher purchaser are all working OK. However emails to an email gift voucher recipient (e.g Gift Voucher – Your have received voucher from…..) are not being received.

    Any idea why this would be happening?

    Please update the newest version, We fixed error on the latest one, thanks!

    @nowyouseeit I have the exact same issue and am using the latest version of the plugin, but the voucher recipient still does not receive an email with the voucher. Renders the entire plugin useless.

    Did you manage to get it working?

    Please let us know more about error information sending mail on your site:

    • Which function of shortcode you are using?
    • Payment method you are using on your site

    I am using Paypal in sandbox mode and the shortcode [wpgv_giftvoucher]

    I have a support ticket logged with you ID 557 and invited you to try it out for yourself to see the issue first hand. It most definately does not work, the intended recipient of the voucher never receives the email. For me only two of the email addresses in the workflow receive an email:

    1. The admin address as per the settings – RECEIVED
    2. The buyer of the voucher ie the sender – RECEIVED
    3. The recipient of the voucher ie the recipient – NOT RECEIVED.
