Emailed Invoice Missing From Email & rename file

Hi Ewout,

man i’m loving this plugin. count me in for a 5 star review going up tonight.

For the email that gets sent to customers once they order the product, the “From address” is blank. How can i fill this in?

Also, is there a way to rename the name of the “invoice” file that’s attached with the emails?
