    Hi Vasyl,

    Reading the reviews – one of the things you always seem to fixate on is the fact you provide fast support. Having emailed you twice now, I do not see this to be the case. I am trying to resolve a simple issue with WooCommerce and it has taken a week (still unresolved).

    It’s not like I’m not willing to buy the Pro version if needed, but your support happens to be unjustified as far as my experience goes.

    We understand your concern. We also may understand the fact that you rated our plugin with the lowest rate possible.

    Everybody in WordPress community understand and respect developers time because number of developers is limited and number of end users is constantly growing.

    We were able to reply on your first email and provided all necessary information and guidance to solve your case. Sorry but our time is limited.

    Please also notice! Even if you purchase any AAM extension (!notice we do not have such a thing as a Pro version) it does not give you any extra privileges when it comes to support.

    Hi Vasyl,

    You may notice I did not leave the review immediately, it was only after I felt it was justified due to the poor support.

    Regarding your issue about developer time – yes it may be limited, but somehow other plugin developers manage to respond in an appropriately timely manner such as the author of User Role Editor (alternative plugin). So of course one should expect good support.
