Emailform

  • Hello,
    I’ am using your beautiful template accelerate.

    When sending a message through the email-form it is sending correctly, but it never arrives. I’ve tried another form (another plugin), but still te same.

    I guess the template is using the email what is used in settings / general

    When using the email-link as by the address and in the footer, this is working correctly.

    What is wrong?
    Please help and let me know.

    The theme does not create such issue at all. So, maybe check on the email settings provided via the Contact Forms plugin used within your site that the correct email address is set or not? If not then, maybe set that to the correct email address and see once? Again if that does not work out then, maybe you might need to configure the SMTP for your site as needed via the hosting provider. So, maybe consult about it once with the hosting provider of your site? They might be able to assist you onto it properly than we could.
