Emailing content WITHOUT the shortcode

You can’t – you will need to use [select .. etc.] if want CF7 to add the submitted result to your CF7 email.

Actually you can. Put [the-name-attribute-value-of-the-select-element] into the message body.

I am not sure if I understand. For example, how would I do this:
