Emailing editable PDF from webpage

I want to have a pdf on several of my web pages. I want to have the pdf editable by users (I know how to do this) and then have users be able to click a ‘Submit’ button and have the entire pdf emailed to me. I’m also not exactly sure how to get the pdf on my WordPress website. This is my first WordPress website, and I would really appreciate any help and advice that anyone might have about how to get the pdf to be emailed. I do not know scripting, just html and css.
