Emailing Form Glitch?

I’m trying to follow online directions of how I get the form to send to my email when it’s filled out. When I go in to edit the form and click the settings button it only gives me two dropdowns “display” and “restrictions” neither of which seem to have any options of emailing myself…am I missing something here? I’m on version 2.9.21 and wordpress is up to date…
