1. have put in a test order and the logo header that I set up in the emails settings shows on a preview but did not show on the email that arrived.
    2. when I put in the test order I received the email saying I had ordered, but did not receive an email saying that I, the cart owner, had an order to process.

    It seems like the server might not be sending emails correctly.

    To simplify things, I recommend keeping WP Mail SMTP active for testing purposes.
    You don’t need to activate any services like Brevo—just enable the plugin and use the “Test Email” feature to check if emails are being sent.

    Additionally, it would be a good idea to contact your hosting provider and ask if your server is configured to send emails. Some hosts require a third-party SMTP service, while others do not. Confirming this with your host will give us more clarity.

    As for DKIM, it’s an alphanumeric key added to your DNS as a security measure. It helps verify that an email was genuinely sent from your domain and not someone pretending to be you.

    the host has confirmed that the server is configured to send mail. It was pointed out to me that that was likely as I get my copies of the mail.

    I would be grateful for urgent help as I have set dates for the launch of this site
