Emails Already Authorized

The two email addresses that we used for our MailPoet are marked as authorised on our account but on WordPress we keep getting the message that they need to be authorised.
Sending all of your emails has been paused because your email address [email protected] hasn’t been authorized yet.
We try to authorise them again but we get no emails from MailPoet.
Is there any way we can fix this problem?
