Emails and notifications sent to customers from all site open blank

  • Hello.
    Recently upgraded WordPress to version 4.0 and installed TheCartPress, now all emails and notifications sent from the site to reach customers all blank.
    I’ve tried restoring the site, among many other things and still can not find the problem.
    Does anyone know inform what may be happening?
