    The emails from user registrations, purchases, everything appears as sent, the SMTP configurations appear correct but the emails do not arrive, I checked all the folders, spam, and there are no emails from the web. What could be the problem? The website is private, which is why I am not giving you a link. If I should buy the PRO version to solve it, please tell me. Thank you.

    Hi @trieles,

    Thanks for reaching out! I assume that you have configured a mailer on your site.

    For example, if you’re using the ‘Default’ (PHP) mailer option under WP Mail SMTP -> Settings (see), this is the method your site uses to send emails when SMTP is not set up. As explained here, the default PHP option is not a reliable method to deliver emails.

    You need to configure a mailer on your site to deliver your website email notifications. In case it helps, you can see all the available mailers here.

    Once you configure a mailer on your site, try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) to this online tool to check your email deliverability. Then, share that report with your email provider and they should be able to assist you further.
