Emails appear as sent but do not arrive

The emails from user registrations, purchases, everything appears as sent, the SMTP configurations appear correct but the emails do not arrive, I checked all the folders, spam, and there are no emails from the web. What could be the problem? The website is private, which is why I am not giving you a link. If I should buy the PRO version to solve it, please tell me. Thank you.
