Emails are being sent but not received

Hello,
I am using MailPoet and SendGrid. I did this:

but each time I send an email, the emails don’t reach the recipient. While testing, each time I click on “Send a test mail”, the message says it was successfully sent, but it never reaches the destiny.
I was having some problems regarding the SPF and contacted my host provider and as of now they solved the problema.
When I use PHP Mail everything works just fine but using SendGrid as a third-party tool, the emails are not being delivered.
Any help would be appreciated
