Emails are duplicated to my Gmail account

    Hello,
    The plugin is working great to send emails, however it is also copying every email sent from wordpress to our gmail account. I can not find a setting or option in the API to turn this off. Do you have any thoughts on this?

    For example when we complete a Woocommerce order, the customer gets the order shipped email, but it also goes to the gmail account that was used to enable the plugin.

  • Hi @ajd,

    All the emails sent from your site will reach your Gmail account’s ‘Sent’ directory. This is because you’re sending emails on the behalf of this account. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn this off. However, there might be a way to filter outgoing emails from the mailbox to delete or label them.
