    Hi,
This plugin can capture Abandoned Carts, but cannot send Abandoned Cart emails automatically. I have to manually send all emails.
    Please fix this!
Also, On the free version, Product name, qty, price are not displayed in the sent email. Instead, shortcodes/codes are visible.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.
    1. Please first make sure your cron system is working well to make sure that emails can be sent automatically.

    2. Please try to remove the Cart element in the email template, then drag and drop the cart element again. Save and check. Take a test and let us know.

    Best regards

    1. Wp Cron System is working perfectly. Checked it using this plugin. I am using Fluent CRM at the same time and all the emails are sent automatically.

    2. I did what you said and the issue is resolved.

    Hi,

In your admin, please enter this tail in your URL, it is for checking purpose.
If abandoned orders are eligible to be sent the abandoned email, with this tail, the email can be sent normally => it can be sure exactly the problem by the Cron system.

This step above is to skip the cron and send email directly.

Please take this testing and check again. Let us know.

    Best regards.

I can manually send the emails by using the given tail in the URL. Once I visit the abandoned cart page of your plugin, the given tail disappears from the URL.
I need to fix the automatic sending of emails.
