Emails are not getting sent, Please provide right CRON settings

    Thanks for this superb plugin,

    Today, I have one issue to report, this might not be valid for all and may be I am missing somwthign somewhere.

    Issue – Emails are not getting sent
    I configured a plugin, added my couple of email IDs with all categories, when I publish a new post, it did not sent any email to my IDs. I went to settings and Clicked Trigger Action Now button, still it did not work.

    Can you please provide me the right CRON Job parameters, I am not familiar with this stuff.
    Any help is well appreciated.
