• Dear Team

I am using the free version of your plugin. I have set 3 emails to go for abandoned carts, however I dont see the emails going out properly. They are not going out at all for guest users, and for the registered users, all 3 emails do not go out. Please see the screenshot of the emails – you can see they are not going properly. Is there any issue? If yes, please help resolve this issue. Also, is there a limit on the number of emails that can be sent on the free version? Please let me know.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

As far as I can see from your screenshot, there was no email address left by your customers, so the plugin could not send email out. See this https://prnt.sc/xrG8FCLAjBjV

Please try installing a mail log plugin to see if emails were sent and then retake the test.

    Best regards

    Dear Team

Thanks for your prompt response, really appreciate it. However, when I did the test check, I provided the mail address in the checkout page before abandoning the cart. Also this mail id has been captured by woocommerce under orders (pls see screenshot). So not sure why it has not been captured by your plugin. Is there something to be changed in the plugin settings to enable this?

    Hi,

In your image, the order was canceled, which means the cart was not abandoned, so there was no abandoned email sent out if it did not reach at the time considered as an abandoned cart.

However, emails can be sent for abandoned orders if they matched the statuses that were set, but this feature is available in our premium version only.

In this case, please contact us via our email: [email protected] for further assistance.

    Best regards.
