Emails are not sending

Please check steps from here : Emails are not getting sent

I am check to the setting and used email, yahoo but to not to shoot any mail id
And in that i cough not set notification mail also i try to create new in compose menu but they not select With any string or ###POSTTITLE###

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

using current version of plugin 3.1.5 & current version of wordpress 4.5.3. Client has been using this plugin to send manual emails to roughly 175 email addresses. It has worked perfectly for almost a year.
July 23rd 2016 was the last successful email delivery to all addresses. Now it doesn’t send email. Tried all the documented tests nothing works not even to one email address. It uses a remote google account. i can send tests to myself from the website but not with the plugin. Other plugins also send notifications for security & backup purposes and these work fine. Deactivated plugins still didn’t work. Send test emails from google account everything worked. i am at a loss for what to do next. Any help would be appreciated
