• The emails have stopped being sent, when I do an action like “resend confirmation email” the following error appears:

    There is a problem with your shipping method. Please check if the shipping method is set correctly.

    Being in the settings section it continually asks me to verify the sender’s email, which is already verified,

    I’m taking a look at your account and I can see that you have added DKIM records for you domain “trenmayaa.com

    Is there a particular error you’re seeing when you try to send out your emails? If yes, can you send us a screenshot of this error message?

    Also kindly send us the following:

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Kindly blur out any sensitive information as this is a public forum.

    As I mentioned from the beginning, the particular error it presents is this message:

    There is a problem with your shipping method. Please check if the shipping method is set correctly.

    This happens when you enter the list of unconfirmed subscribers and click on the “resend confirmation email” option.

    Hello there @seobeto ,

    I’m taking a look at your account and you should not be experiencing this.

    Your settings, all look good and I couldn’t find any errors.

    I’ll recommend you re-install the MailPoet plugin by following this guide: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp

    Don’t worry you won’t lose any data from the plugin but we always advise you backup your database just incase.
