    This site worked normally. When a purchase is completed without a problem, the emails are not sent and it does not show an error. I have already done email send tests with the SMTP plugin and I have checked the woocommerce email settings

    Hi @opsia,

    You may consider installing a plugin such as WP Mail Logging. This will allow you to access all outgoing email logs from your site. If you observe that mail is being sent, it’s worth inspecting your SMTP settings.
