Emails are not translated

    The emails sent by woocommerce during the order proces is not translated.

    I have done the following checks:

    Settings > General > Language:
    Set to danish

    Woocommerce > Status:
    The only templates that are overridden by the theme is:
    rife-free/woocommerce/archive-product.php,
    rife-free/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php

    Loco (translation plugin):
    All the strings in Woocommerce plugin is translated to danish (100% done) and I can see all the strings in there.

    What else can I do to debug this?

    Hello there,
    Please, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and make sure that the options for each email are using text in Danish instead of English.

    I dont have any option for selecting language when clicking “Manage” on an email type under Woocommerce > Settings > Emails:

    Yes, but you can edit the text in the options from English to another language.

    Hi @nicolamustone

    Please be a bit more specific. As far as I can tell I can change the text via translations with “Loco Translation” but all the texts are already translated.

    So what “options” are you referring to?
    Could you please share a screenshot or a path?

    Seemed to be an issue with translations.. Synced the translations in “Loco” and apparently som translations were missing
