    I want to send an email to the client while the order is still processing. I have set it up correctly and checked every troubleshooting option available. The email is being sent to the website address but not to the client. The logs records the website address as the “client” in the ‘outcomes’.

    I really need help here. Please!

    Hi,

    May?I ask you to send screenshots of the automation settings that?are causing the problem? Also, please attach screenshots of the?ShopMagic → Logs?tab, are there automations with a status of “Failure”?

    If there are problems with sending automations please take a peek at the Tools → Scheduled Actions tab, are the automations visible here?

    In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status.
