Emails aren’t send

  • Hello,

    First of all thanks for your plugin which is very complete.

    We got trouble with emails :
    1. Subscribe email is send normally and I received it in my inbox.
    2. Other emails are not send. Nothing in the inbox for all users.

    What could we check ? Is there a CRON task in DB ? Or can I activate an option somewhere ?
    Note : We’re not using MailChimp API but native emails.

    Hi Guys, my apologies for the late reply.

    Yes WP WebinarSystem uses cron jobs to send emails before the webinar starts. Can you confirm that WordPress cron jobs are running?

    I’d also suggest you make sure that the emails are enabled in WP WebinarSystem settings:

    WebinarSystem => Settings => Emails

    Click on the email type that is not being sent and make sure that it is enabled.
