    Hi there,
Thanks for this pretty awesome plugin, very customizable for a freebie!

However, I’ve not been able to get order confirmation emails to send to the admin or customer? I have set the ‘from’ email address to match the site domain. Nothing in spam. Is there a way to log or debug?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    to start off with:
all of your pages are cached , even your orderpage and it *must* be turned off there

    please see setup
    https://docs.wp-pizza.com/getting-started/?section=setup
    and in particular
    https://docs.wp-pizza.com/faqs/?section=using-a-cache-plugin

after you’ve done that and you still have issues, get back to me (ideally with errors you might receive – if any)

I’ve excluded the /order-now and /orders page from varnish/cache. Still no emails, no errors. Feel free to place an order.

from what i can see it’s still serving cached pages and your sessions do not seem to work either (i can only ever put one item into the cart)

try your site when logged out and with browser cache cleared

I’ve cleared server side varnish & cache. The ordering works fine for me logged out.

So, interesting… working incognito I experienced the same. I’ve disabled server varnish and seems to be working now.

ok, now it does work for me too (i guess some overlap between caching turned off etc – i’d suggest one gets to caching later when everything else works )

can you enable debug please to start off with ?

stupid question, but are you sure that server can actually send emails ?
have you asked them about the mail logs ?

other than that, i would need admin access so i can have a *look* at some of the settings and setup
(if that works for you , you can send credentials to dev[at]wp-pizza.com)

Not a stupid question. I contacted our server admin, only to find out smtp email setup is required. Working now ??

    Thanks for quick response.
