When I create a broadcast, all the emails in my broadcast are failing except for the ones that are from the domain. I’m extremely frustrated because this was working fine in the past and now nothing is being sent except to the domain admins on the list! I added wp mail smtp plugin and it still won’t work.

    Hi @voidofinspiration,

Yes! We have checked the above-mentioned issue, but it was not replicating on our side. I assume this is happening due to some changes in Gmail and Yahoo policies. Click here to know more.

To investigate further, could you please conduct a small test so that we can determine if this is the case on your side?

Click here to check the spam score of your campaign content.

This will redirect you to the spam checker’s website, where you can copy the email address from the box, paste it into your test email box in the plugin, and send the test email.

The spam score will then be displayed on the website (scroll down to find it).

Please share that report with us on our private support channel. Also, mention this thread URL while contacting us.

    Further communication will continue there.

    Waiting for your email.

    Thanks!

I have tried with WPMail and PHPMail. Both are showing the same thing. I have a test group sending with one going to an address that belongs to my domain and one going to a gmail account. The address to the domain gets sent and the gmail fails. All emails outside of the @mydomain.com fail.

The status of the broadcast is also stuck in the “sending” mode.

    The logs throw an error:

It works when I disable WordPress Cron.

    Hi @voidofinspiration,

    Thank you for your response.

?Error instantiate mail function : There can be various reasons why that error can be triggered. Generally, it occurs when the host’s sending limit is exhausted.

The plugin gives an option using which you can limit the maximum number of emails that can be sent in an hour or at once. This setting can be accessed from the dashboard menu Icegram Express –> Settings –> Email sending(tab).

Can you please confirm if the above sending limits are within your host’s allowed limits? You can contact your hosting provider for more inputs related to this and adjust the limit accordingly if that is the issue.

If the issue is not resolved even after following the above steps, then we might need to debug the issue further.

    Thank you.

    Hi @voidofinspiration,
If you’d like, I can investigate the issue further. Feel free to reach out to me through our support channel.
Providing additional information there will help speed up the process.
Rest assured, I’ll prioritize this and work to make the plugin more useful for you if the problem originates from our end.
And if it’s not our issue, I’ll still keep you informed so you can address it accordingly.

I sent it to literally 2 email addresses. It works now, thanks for no help.

    Hi @voidofinspiration,

Sorry about that! I couldn’t find your ticket, though on Icegram support channel. Could you reach out again using this thread link? I promise to give it my immediate attention.

I really want you to enjoy Icegram Express Plugins—it’s packed with cool features and our support team is super helpful.

As for the email glitch, there could be a few reasons behind it. But if it’s on our end, we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Looking forward to getting everything back on track for you! Let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

    Waiting for your response.

Yes, it is resolved when I disabled WordPress Cron in the plugin.

We are having the problem now that Half the emails in a list are sent successfully and the other half fail. This is absurd. We have to keep doing new lists to send smaller and smaller sets of emails. Only about 50 emails were successfully sent in a list of 100.
