    Hello @nogi112211,

I hope you’re doing well today!

By default WordPress uses a PHP mail function, which may have certain limitations, depending on the hosting settings, like skipping the headers, etc.

Forminator itself doesn’t change the method that WordPress itself uses for sending emails.

In case you get the emails blocked when using the default PHP mail sending method, and your hosting provider offers SMTP service, you may get more reliable results when WordPress is connected to their SMTP server.

There are also 3rd-party SMTP services like Brevo, Google, Mailgun, etc. Please refer to this article.

To enable SMTP in WordPress, you can use a Branda, WP Mail SMTP, or a similar plugin, and configure it by specifying the required server options, SMTP user name, password, etc. Here’s an example from Branda: https://prnt.sc/rivTikjVqP_c

You can find more details in Branda docs here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions!

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
