Emails being sent, but not received

    I am using “WP Mail SMTP” and configure mail using “SendGrid”.

    Problem is – Mail is sending on gmail domain ([email protected]) but not send to other domain like ([email protected]).

    But I got notification in every case “Test HTML email was sent successfully! Please check your inbox to make sure it is delivered.” and mail delivered in case when domain is gmail.

    Kindly Assist me.

    When you get a chance, could you please make sure you’ve authenticated your domain by adding Sendgrid’s DNS records? Also, make sure the From Email in WP Mail SMTP is specific to your verified domain. You can also check Sendgrid email logs for any errors in sending.

    Yes, I will try to authenticate ASAP.

    I am insuring that form email have verified in sendgrid account.

    in log, there are every mail in delivered status

    It looks like Domain Authentication is the problem. I will let you inform after Domain Authentication. Meanwhile If you want to suggest any thing please keep posted. It would be helpful for me to resolve ASAP.
