Emails being sent from BCC

  • Hello, when I approve a customers signup using “bulk actions”, it sends the email via the bcc field and it invariably ends up in the customer spam box, that’s if it gets there,

    has anyone got a fix??

    Hi, are you referring to the feature under Bulk Operation? If you are, I don’t see any option to select BCC when sending e-mails?

    No, when you go to the members page, it gives you the option to approve subscribers in bulk
